Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide and delivery is free.
All products ordered come with postal tracking. This will be available 2 to 3 days after your order has been marked as shipped. If when checking your order, you see no tracking information then please let us know and we will add it manually so that it then becomes available.
Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days after receipt of payment. Due to there being numerous suppliers from all around the world, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 weeks once shipped, depending on the Country of the supplier and Country that is being shipped to.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community
All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment of the duty charge is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy
If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, or refuse delivery of an order, resulting in the shipment being returned to Rictons, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £10.00 (or equivalent currency at current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund amount.
Should you not be happy with your purchase, then you can return it within 70 days from date of purchase, in line with the refund policy. On receipt you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.

Should you need to return a purchase you must contact us for a return code and the address for returns. This will enable us to process the refund correctly and in a timely manner.
